About the Role: Are you passionate about food, coffee, and exceptional service? AUT operates six bustling food outlets across our City, South, and North Shore campuses, and we're looking for a dedicated Café Supervisor to lead our team at North Campus. You’ll ensure efficient guest services, maintain high standards, and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure efficient delivery of guest services.
Maintain high standards of food and beverage handling and presentation.
Demonstrate proficiency in English, both oral and written.
Exhibit strong self-management skills, including organisation and time management.
Manage ordering for the café.
Oversee store operations in conjunction with the Retail Manager.
Assist in maximising productivity and profitability in the café.
Support the Retail Manager in hiring, induction, training, and staff rostering.
Lead by example, inspiring the team with a positive attitude and hands-on leadership.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Minimum of two years' experience in café supervision.
Proficiency in food and beverage handling and presentation.
Experience with two and three-group coffee machines.

Proven leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and develop team members.
