Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of student administrative processes. Ensure robust processes are followed to enable accurate entry of data into Banner, the Student Information Management System and maintain effective records of student engagement in the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM). Risks are mitigated where possible, issues are managed professionally, and business continuity is a priority. Provide effective leadership, management and coaching to the team to drive and maintain alignment with the University’s strategic goals, Paerangi the Student Success Framework, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Framework goals and the University’s Māori and core ethical values.Ō pūmanawa - About youYou will be a motivated, customer-focused individual who can take the initiative, provide excellent administration and policy compliance.
