Applicants should possess a good bachelor’s degree, with at least 1 to 2 years’ work experience, preferably in a tertiary institution or in the education sector. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (fluency in Putonghua would be a definite advantage); good organisational and interpersonal skills; a strong sense of responsibility; computer literacy; and the ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadline. They should also be good team players who are passionate in relationship-building, attentive to details, and able to multi-task. Priority will be given to those with prior experience interacting with institutions and entrepreneurs in both China and overseas. Applicants with higher qualifications and/or more experience may be considered as Senior Executive Assistant. Fresh graduates with good academic background will also be considered.
The appointees will provide administrative and clerical support to the Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) Programme Office, including programme operation, academic coordination and student administration; build and develop relationships with students, alumni and other stakeholders; and perform other duties as assigned. They will work at the Faculty’s Cyberport campus, may be required to work outside normal office hours and on weekends, and travel outside Hong Kong occasionally. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
A competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
The University only accepts online application for the above posts. Applicants should apply online and upload an up-to-date C.V. Review of applications will commence as soon as possible and continue until August 2, 2026, or until the posts are filled, whichever is earlier.
