Research Assistant II in the Department of Medicine, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 536455)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage a variety of rheumatology and immunology-based projects
• Process and work with various patient samples
• Provide technical and administrative support in the laboratory
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree related to health disciplines
• Experience and competency in venipuncture (blood taking) and clinical research is preferred
• A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team

The appointment will commence as soon as possible on a 6-month to 1-year temporary basis , with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
