Part-time Clerical Assistant

Part-time Clerical Assistant in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 536427) (to commence as soon as possible, on a one-year temporary basis with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should have 5 passes in HKCEE including English (min. grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007), Chinese (Level 2 from 2007) and Mathematics; or min. Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics, with good spoken English and computer skills. Relevant experience in providing counter services is preferred.

The appointee will provide facilities, administrative and clerical support for the taught postgraduate programmes in the Faculty’s Admiralty Town Centre; handle enquiries independently; handle office documentation and general administration; provide logistic and clerical support for course arrangements; and perform other duties as assigned. He/She will be required to work on evenings and Saturdays independently at the Admiralty Town Centre for 6 days a week (from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on weekdays and from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays) and may be required to work overtime when necessary.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered.
