Research Assistant I in the Department of Social Work & Social Administration

Job Description:

Applications are invited for appointing as Research Assistant I in the Department of Social Work & Social Administration (Ref.: 536391) (to commence as soon as possible for four months, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability)

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Economics, Statistics, or a social science related discipline. They should have a good command of written English as well as spoken English. Those with interest and experience conducting research with quantitative analyses (e.g., sequence analyses) and large secondary dataset will be an advantage.

The appointees will be responsible for data collection, management and analysis, and assist in management of project aimed to understand work-life arrangements over the life course and it’s impact on biomarker measured health, as well as other duties as assigned, which will give them greater exposure to the field.
