Supporting cloud, infrastructure and identity services, including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and virtualisation platforms. Driving platform security, compliance, patching and endpoint protection initiatives across the University. Providing technical leadership, mentoring and engineering oversight to the EUC team and wider ITS colleagues. Supporting operational excellence through incident resolution, lifecycle management, project delivery and participation in the on-call roster.
