Job Description:

Clerical Assistant (holding the functional title of Centre Receptionist) in the Centre for Sports and Exercise (CSE) (Ref.: 536316) (to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should have 5 passes in HKCEE including English (min. Grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007), OR min. Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in MS Office applications (including Word and Excel); good communication and interpersonal skills; a strong sense of responsibility; and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

The appointee will provide general customer service and clerical support to all CSE Sports Centres including telephone enquiries, venue check-in, data entry, logistic support; and perform other duties as assigned. He/She is required to wear uniform and work for not less than 39 hours per week on shifts between 07:00 and 22:30. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview.
