    Job Description:

    Research Assistant I/II in the Department of Psychiatry, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.:536305) (to commence as soon as possible, on a one-year temporary basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)

    Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree or above in psychology, social science, or any healthcare-related disciplines. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

    They must have a strong quantitative background with the ability to perform rigorous data analysis. Applicants should demonstrate proficiency in statistical analyses and hands-on experience analyzing large and complex datasets, using SPSS and R (or equivalent statistical software). Strong academic writing skills are required, including the ability to convert analytical results into clear, accurate, and well-structured reports, manuscripts, and project write-ups. Relevant experience in conducting and managing community research and clinical studies is preferred.

    A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
