Job DescriptionTe Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity We are seeking an experienced Sonographer to join the Department of Anatomy and Medical Imaging as a Professional Teaching Fellow, contributing to the development and delivery of a new Postgraduate Certificate in Health Science (Point of Care Ultrasound – POCUS), planned to commence in 2027.This role offers an opprtunity to work alongside clinicians and academic staff to help establish a clinically relevant, educationally robust postgraduate programme. In this key supervisory position, you'll be responsible for coordinating and delivering exceptional catering and event services. You will oversee staff, liaise with clients, manage logistics, and ensure the highest standards of food, beverage, and customer service. Your strong leadership and attention to detail will ensure each event runs smoothly, exceeds client expectations, and complies with all relevant food safety and liquor legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage catering and events
Coordinate with internal teams, including chefs, supervisors, and AV staff, to ensure smooth event execution
Supervise, train, and support a high-performing team of casual staff
Maintain accurate records and follow hospitality systems and procedures

Job DescriptionThe opportunity | Te Whiwhinga mahiWe have an opportunity for a Timetable and Enrolment Coordinator to join our Timetable and Enrolment team to help us deliver an exceptional enrolment experience to our students. You will join a team of Coordinators and Advisers focused on providing support across our timetabling and enrolment functions. The role is varied and could involve working on timetable data collection, course and class set-up, room bookings, enrolment compliance and enrolment processing. Coordinators will have specific areas of focus but will also need to work together to complete the tasks required and proactively resolve timetabling and enrolment issues.The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week on a fixed term contract for 19 months.The salary range for this role is from NZ $63,600 – $68,100 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.For more detailed information, please refer to the position description.
