Working within a multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, counsellors, and psychologists, you will support students’ physical and mental wellbeing, helping them navigate the unique challenges of university life. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a wellbeing-focused environment where preventative care, early intervention, and holistic support are at the heart of the service we provide. Your work will make a meaningful difference to students at a pivotal stage of their lives.Please note that we offer 20 minute appointments to our patients.Key responsibilities include:Providing skilled health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services in line with current best practice and professional standardsDelivering patient-centred care that supports both physical and mental wellbeingWorking collaboratively with nurses, counsellors, and other health professionals to provide integrated careManaging referrals, documentation, follow-up care, and case management in a timely and professional mannerSupporting preventative health initiatives, including screening programmes, vaccinations, and health educationProviding travel health advice and vaccinations where requiredAssessing aegrotat applications and providing appropriate academic health advocacyBuilding strong relationships with internal and external healthcare providers and referral agenciesThe salary range for these roles is $179,800 to $211,500 per annum prorated, depending on experience and qualifications. Job DescriptionThe opportunity | Te Whiwhinga mahiWe have an opportunity for a Timetable and Enrolment Coordinator to join our Timetable and Enrolment team to help us deliver an exceptional enrolment experience to our students. You will join a team of Coordinators and Advisers focused on providing support across our timetabling and enrolment functions. The role is varied and could involve working on timetable data collection, course and class set-up, room bookings, enrolment compliance and enrolment processing. Coordinators will have specific areas of focus but will also need to work together to complete the tasks required and proactively resolve timetabling and enrolment issues.The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week on a fixed term contract for 19 months.The salary range for this role is from NZ $63,600 – $68,100 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.For more detailed information, please refer to the position description.
