Working alongside University leaders and in partnership with project managers, we support the achievement of strategic goals and the successful delivery of projects and initiatives across the University, including building and space projects, relocations, process improvements, system implementations and organisational change initiatives.As Change Manager you will develop and implement change management strategies to engage stakeholders, minimise resistance and maximise the success of change initiatives. This role will have a particular focus on supporting building and space related projects and initiatives, including staff relocations, changes to work environments and initiatives designed to improve how our spaces support teaching, research and professional services.
