Āu Mahi | What You Will Do
We’re looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Administrator to be the welcoming face and vital support for the Administration team and Faculty of Law. As the first point of contact for staff, students and visitors, you’ll provide high-quality customer service and a wide range of essential administrative support that keeps things running smoothly. From managing reception and meeting coordination to handling communications and travel bookings, your attention to detail and great time management will make a real difference to the day-to-day operations of the Faculty. If you enjoy working in a supportive team environment, take pride in being helpful and reliable, and love making things easier for others, we’d love to hear from you!
Mōu | Who You Are
To be successful in this role you will hold a NCEA Level 3 or National Certificate (NZQA Level 3) or equivalent, as well as have:
- Demonstrated strong customer focus
- Intermediate computer skills across the MS Office Suite
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills, able to effectively prioritise and proven attention to detail
