    Job Description:

    Teaching Assistant in the Department of Social Work and Social Administration (Ref.: 536952) (to commence on September 1, 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter, on a one-year temp-term basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability)

    Applicants should possess a good Master’s degree in Social Sciences (preferably in Social Work, Psychology and Sociology), Education or related disciplines. They should have good communication skills and be capable to work in a team. Preference will be given to those with relevant teaching experience, excellent command of English, and a good grasp of technology and knowledge of using online platforms.

    The appointee will contribute to course development, student training and consultations as appropriate. He/She will assist in teaching common core curriculum, undergraduate and/or taught postgraduate programmes.

    A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
