    Job Description:

    Full-Time Research Assistant II in the Faculty of Education (Ref.: 536886) (to commence on 1 September 2026 for 3 or 6 months on a temporary basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

    Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. They should have a good command of spoken Cantonese and English, possess capability and experience in one or more of the following areas: working with preschool and/or school-age children with speech and/or language disorders, conducting literature reviews, proofreading articles in English, performing Cantonese phonetic transcriptions (typical and atypical speech), and conducting data analysis (especially Praat, SPSS and R).

    The appointee will search for relevant materials for the project, conduct interviews, collect and analyze data, conduct transcription and translation, and perform other duties as assigned. Experience is an advantage but not required.

    A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
