Research Assistant I/II in the Department of Psychology (Ref.: 536755)

Applications are invited for appointment as Research Assistant I/II in the Department of Psychology (Ref.: 536755) to commence on July 22, 2026 or as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree or above in Psychology, or a related discipline. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese); strong communication skills; basic knowledge in using statistical software such as SPSS and R; be self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently and as a team. Those with experience in working with children/adolescents are preferred.

The appointee will work on various projects related to children’s and adolescents’ mathematics and science learning. He/she will be responsible for literature review, preparation of assessment materials, liaise with external parties, coordination of research activities, conduct assessment with children and adolescents, supervision of research interns, data processing, and other research-related duties as assigned.
