Half-time Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk II) in the Centre for Advancement in Inclusive and Special Education within the Faculty of Education (Ref.:536775)
We are looking for a half-time Executive Assistant to join the Centre for Advancement in Inclusive and Special Education within the Faculty of Education.
The Role
The appointee will primarily be responsible for performing administrative duties related to organizing events and workshops, as well as supporting promotional outreach activities. He/She will provide general administrative support to the Centre in various areas and perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualification and Qualities
Applicants should:
- possess a Bachelor’s degree;
- preferably have relevant work experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
- have a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
- have good interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving and communication skills;
- have strong IT skills including Excel and Word. Knowledge of webpage editing will be an advantage; and
- be good team players, be self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to multitask and work independently.
Applicants should indicate their availability in the application, (e.g., 5 mornings per week or 3 days per week).
What We Offer
The appointment will be made on a temporary contract for one year, to commence as soon as possible. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
