Job Description:

Clerk I/II (holding the functional title of Senior Executive Assistant/Executive Assistant) in the Department of Clinical Oncology, School of Clinical Medicine (several posts) (Ref.: 536749) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years’ relevant work experience. Applicants should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), good interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving and communication skills, as well as an appropriate level of IT proficiency, with the ability to multitask. They should also be self-motivated, attentive to details and a good team player with a strong sense of responsibility and ethics.

The appointee will provide secretarial and administrative support to the Department, including programme-related administration, human resources, finance, office administration, events, clinical appointment administration, and perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
