Job Description:

Executive Officer in the School of Biomedical Sciences (Ref.: 536628) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years’ solid work experience. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, good organisational and interpersonal skills. Applicants are also expected to be able to prioritise multiple tasks efficiently. They should also be good team players, with the ability to work independently and pay great attention to details.

The appointee will oversee operation and provide administrative support to the new taught Master programme, including student recruitment and admissions, curriculum management, handling of student matters, examinations, event management; and perform other duties as assigned by supervisor(s). Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
