    Job Description:

    Executive Officer in the Department of Architecture (Ref.: 536690) (to commence on September 1, 2026 or as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)
    Applicants should possess a good Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification with at least 5 years relevant working experience. They should have excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua), strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills; an appropriate level of IT skills, able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines. They should also be a good team leader and player, able to multi-task and attentive to details.
    The appointee will provide administrative support to undergraduate, taught and research postgraduate programmes, assist in handling student admissions, course enrolment, assessment and other student matters, organise departmental events and meetings, internal/external liaison and perform other duties as assigned.
    A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
