    Job Description:

    Research Assistant I in the Bau Institute of Medical and Health Sciences Education of the LKS Faculty of Medicine (Ref.: 536711) (to commence as soon as possible for 12 months, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)

    Applicants should be university graduates in Education or Psychology, preferably with a background and interest in educational pedagogy, programme coordination, and research. Applicants should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. They should also demonstrate the ability to work in a team and a willingness to work overtime when necessary. Knowledge of the research process, including literature review, data collection (using questionnaires and interviews), and analysis (using SPSS and qualitative data analysis), would be an advantage.

    The appointee will assist in the research process, including research design, literature review, management of questionnaires using Qualtrics, data collection, interpretation, and preparation of project reports, and will perform any other duties as assigned.

    A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
