    Job Description:

    Senior Executive Assistant/Executive Assistant, Development and Alumni (at the rank of Clerk I/II) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 536668) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
    Applicants should possess a good bachelor’s degree, with at least 2 to 4 years’ experience in marketing, public relations, philanthropy, or communications. Strong data management and communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and analytical, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Applicants should also possess strong writing skills in both English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua.
    The appointee will provide administrative support to the Faculty’s Alumni and Development Team in driving alumni engagement, fundraising and development initiatives.
    Roles and responsibilities include but not limited to:
    • collaborate with various departments and teams to gather relevant data and help develop and maintain a comprehensive donor and alumni database;
    • provide social media and e-communications support, and assist in general administrative duties;
    • provide secretariat support to alumni chapters and/or professors, including scheduling, documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and follow-up actions;
    • supporting alumni engagement and fundraising initiatives led by the Assistant Directors of Development and Alumni Team; and
    • perform any other duties as assigned by the Head of Development and Alumni Team or her delegates.
    Candidates with less experience may be considered as Executive Assistant. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
    A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
