    Job Description:

    Clerk I in the Department of Data and Systems Engineering (Ref.: 536581) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

    Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with at least 5 year’s relevant experience. They should have an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); a strong sense of responsibility; excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills; good IT proficiency; and be able to work independently in a team, attentive to details and handle multiple tasks with self-motivation.

    The appointee will provide administrative and clerical support to the senior staff in the Department for financial and human resources matters; inventory record maintenance; and perform other duties as assigned.

    A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
