Research Assistant I/II in the Division of Respiratory Medicine of the Department of Medicine, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 536595)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct and supervise clinical and translational research, including screening and identifying eligible patients
• Assist in patient consent and recruitment procedures
• Coordinate clinical trials; manage clinical database and venipuncture
• Collect and handle clinical specimens
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or above in Biomedical Sciences or related disciplines, preferably with experience in clinical and translational research
• A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

The appointment will commence as soon as possible on a 1-year temporary basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
