Job Description:

Senior Executive Assistant in the School of Biological Sciences (Ref.: 536594) (on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years’ work experience, preferably in tertiary institution(s). They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); good organisational, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills; and an appropriate level of IT skills. They should also be able to prioritise multiple tasks independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment; be a good team player with self-motivation and have a strong sense of responsibility.

The appointee will primarily provide administrative support to undergraduate programmes and work closely with academic and teaching units. The appointee will be responsible for a wide range of duties including programme operations, student administration, examination arrangements, as well as ad hoc and non-routine tasks. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
