Job Description:

Full-time/ Part-time Teaching Assistant in English Linguistics in the Master of Arts in English Studies (MAES) programme, in the School of English (several posts) (Ref.: 536419) (to commence on September 1, 2026 for 9 months, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess Bachelor’s and postgraduate degrees in English Studies, English Language and English Literature, English Linguistics, or another relevant discipline. Those with a good track record or experience in teaching are preferred.

The appointees will work with the course instructors, and provide teaching assistance in English for courses in English Linguistics for the taught postgraduate MAES programme, and perform any other duties as assigned. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
