Job Description:

Student Affairs Assistant I (at the rank of Clerk II) (Several posts) in the Centre of Development and Resources for Students (CEDARS) (Ref.536352), (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefit scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance).

Applicants should have a recognized degree or diploma with at least 3 years’ work experience preferably in tertiary institutions or in the education sector. They should also have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), good organizational and communication skills; the ability to work independently; be meticulous, attentive to details and a good team player.

The appointees will provide clerical support to the Team in the coordination of co-curricular activities and student societies. They will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate planning, coordination, and logistical support for wide variety of programmes and events, and other duties as assigned. Working outside normal office hours may be required.
