Job Description:

Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk II) in the Faculty of Arts (Ref.: 536240) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a recognized Bachelor’s degree, preferably with 1-2 years of relevant work experience in research postgraduate programme administration and/or research administration in tertiary institutions. They must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess strong organizational, communication, and computer skills, along with the ability to work independently. A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is required, with fluency in Putonghua considered an advantage.

The appointee will be responsible for providing administrative support for the daily operations of postgraduate programmes, including admissions, enrolment, registration, and graduation, as well as handling various administrative duties related to postgraduate studies and research matters. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
