Requirements:

  1. Experienced Student Research Assistant/ Research Assistant I/II at the Faculty of Law. A background in history is preferred, but not necessary.
  2. Proficiency in using legal databases for both Commonwealth jurisdictions and the United States.
  3. Strong research and analytical skills.

Responsibilities: The selected candidate will support Prof. Weilin Xiao in a comparative legal history project. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Collecting legal sources, such as case law, statutory laws, legislative archives, and government records.
  2. Analyzing the collected data and drafting memos.

Working Hours:

  • Up to 10 hours per week, depending on the project’s progress.
