Clerk II

Clerk II in the Department of Data and Systems Engineering (Ref.: 531000) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with at least 1 year’s relevant experience. They should have a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); good organizational and interpersonal and communication skills; good IT proficiency; and be able to work independently in a team and handle multiple tasks with self-motivation.

The appointee will provide administrative and clerical support to the senior staff in the Department for teaching and learning; research and development, and outreach activities; and perform any other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
