This role is responsible for leading a talented team dedicated to delivering exceptional technology support and services. We are looking for someone passionate about technology, advocating for end user experience and ensuring that our tools are maximised to support the work of all university staff.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Actively interact with staff across the university, understanding their needs and providing hands-on support.
- Guide a passionate team in delivering top-tier client facing tech solutions that empower our staff.
- Advocate for users, ensuring that their needs shape the digital tools and services provided.
- Drive innovation by leveraging your deep tech expertise to introduce and optimise cutting-edge solutions.

- An extroverted leader with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in a customer facing technology role.
- Proven management experience.
- A passion for technology and a keen interest in how digital tools can transform organisational performance.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and delivering high-impact digital solutions.
