Job Description:
The Estates Division plays a vital role to plan and manage the campus move. The Assistant Manager/ Manager handles matters relating to the relocation and communicate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the readiness of the new campus facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the University’s relocation to the new campus.
- Provide communication to stakeholders, adequately addressing their enquiries, and requests related to facilities, services and activities, and managing stakeholder visits.
- Manage the asset listing for furniture (new and existing).
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by the HOD and reporting officer to ensure effective support of divisions’ operations and activities, e.g. relocation to Punggol campus
Job Requirements
- Degree of any discipline.
- Energetic self-starter who can set priorities, work independently, resourceful team player with good analytical, communication, written, interpersonal, time management and change management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Experience in coordinating operational activities will be an advantage.
