About the Role:
As a Student Recruitment Advisor, you'll play a vital role in connecting with prospective secondary students and representing AUT at events, high schools, and other engagements. You'll be part of an enthusiastic team passionate about shaping the future and ensuring every student has the support they need to succeed. This role reports to the Student Recruitment Team Lead and contributes directly to AUT's recruitment goals and overall success.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Attend recruitment events, high school visits, and expos to connect with future secondary students.
• Develop and deliver activations that inspire and engage future leaders in high schools.
• Present AUT programmes and services in an engaging and informative way.
• Build relationships with students, parents, and school advisers.
• Provide personalised guidance and support throughout the application process.
• Work collaboratively with the Future Students team to achieve recruitment targets.
Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience in customer service, sales, or recruitment roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse audiences, especially secondary students.
• Ability to present confidently and inspire prospective students.
• Understanding of the secondary education landscape is an advantage

Salary Range: $70,000 - $96,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
