Assistant Manager (at the rank of Executive Officer) in the Faculty of Engineering (Ref.: 530162) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should possess a recognised Bachelor’s degree, with at least 3 years’ solid work experience, preferably in tertiary institutions. They should have an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, and fluency in Putonghua. They should also have strong interpersonal, supervisory, organisational, problem-solving and communication skills; the ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines; a strong sense of responsibility; and be a good team player with the ability of multitasking and attentive to details. Experience in undergraduate recruitment and admissions would be an advantage.
The appointees will provide administrative support to undergraduate programme administration, including admissions, promotion, student enrichment programmes, student affairs, and perform any other duties as assigned. They may be required to work outside normal office hours. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
