Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk II) in the Admissions Office of the Registry (Ref.: 530442) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, and with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should possess a good Bachelor's degree in tertiary institution(s) with a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua). They should also have high proficiency in the MS Office applications (especially in Excel); be self-motivated with good communication, organisational and problem-solving skills; and the ability to work multi-task and independently.
The appointee will be responsible for promoting a new programme at the School of Nursing, which includes preparing promotional materials, managing related media and social media channels, communicating with target schools and audiences, answering questions, and maintaining good relationships. In addition, he/she will analyze market trends and share insights; organize and execute promotional events across the Greater Bay Area and other provinces in Mainland China. Frequent travel within Mainland China will be required.
The appointee may have to work on weekends or outside regular office hours in special circumstances and perform any other duties as assigned by the Director.
