Job Description:

AUT's School of Art + Design is one of New Zealand's largest providers of Art + Design education. We currently engage with approximately 1300 students, and offer programmes of study from a multi-discipline Design Degree, and a Visual Arts degree, through to master's and Doctoral level post-graduate study.

Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity

The School is seeking a Wood/Metal Technician to provide valuable assistance to staff and students to ensure they achieve their learning objectives and receive a positive and memorable experience in using the 3D Labs Facilities. Tertiary education is a diverse and rewarding work environment. You will be working with a range of students and staff on varied projects.

We are looking for a capable person who has a tertiary qualification (certificate/diploma/degree) or industry qualification/experience appropriate to the level required to perform the job effectively and efficiently.
