Are you an experienced Recruiter looking for a fixed-term, in-house recruitment opportunity? Do you enjoy juggling multiple recruitment assignments and tight time frames?

We are looking for a motivated, initiative-taker who is passionate about people and ready to jump feet first into delivering outstanding experiences to our key stakeholders and candidates.

 

Āu Mahi | What You Will Do
Hitting the ground running, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment within a diverse portfolio for our key stakeholders. No day will be the same and you will bring your previous recruitment experience to:

  • Ensuring documentation and approval processes are followed
  • Undertaking detailed recruitment briefs with Hiring Managers
  • Crafting adverts and managing advertising channels
  • Screening, interviewing and providing advice on salary and benefits
  • Working alongside hiring managers to improve capability and confidence.

We work collaboratively, so you will support other recruitment team members with recruitment assignments.

  • Be professionally and technically competent and confident

  • Experience with SnapHire or Workday would be advantageous.
