Āu Mahi | What You Will Do
The role of the Accreditation and Strategic Projects Coordinator is to assist the Accreditation and Strategic Projects Manager in achieving and maintaining the UC Business School's Triple Crown accreditation status through high level coordination, database management, and project coordination.

This includes the development and implementation of accreditation related strategies, processes and systems, and completing relevant documentation to meet the School's external accreditation requirements.

Mōu | Who You Are
You will have at least 4 - 6 years' experience in a coordination/ administration role preferably in a tertiary setting and hold a National Certificate Level 4, as well as have:

  • Understanding of and commitment to continuous improvement processes
  • Understanding of quality assurance and accreditation reporting in the tertiary environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to cope with competing demands.
  • The ability to work with a wide variety of people to quickly develop effective professional relationships, including the ability to relate to people from different cultures and backgrounds
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, including using and managing database systems, research skills, and website maintenance. Experience using Power BI would be an advantage
  • Project management skills.
