Senior Executive Assistant/Executive Assistant, TPg Alumni and Student Services (at the rank of Clerk I/II) (several posts) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 530261) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a higher diploma or above, with at least 1 year of full-time work experience, preferably in taught postgraduate programme administration, student affairs or event management in a tertiary institution. The ideal candidates should be a self-starter with a positive attitude; possess an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and be able to multi-task, attentive to details and work well both independently as well as in a team. Fresh graduates with good academic background would be considered as Executive Assistant.

The appointees will provide support to the Faculty’s TPg Alumni and Student Services Team in rendering a wide range of student services, organizing student activities, providing support to the student leaders, and creating a sense of belonging and engagement within the faculty’s virtual house system, including but not limited to executive trainings and modules in Hong Kong, overseas field trips, orientation, inauguration and graduation celebrations, as well as other enrichment programmes. They will also perform other duties as assigned. The appointees will work at the Faculty’s Cyberport campus, and may be required to work outside normal office hours and on weekends, and travel to Mainland China occasionally. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
