We are seeking a South Campus Operations and Vice-Chancellors Leadership Programme Manager to join our Vice-Chancellor's Office in support of AUT's strategy and priorities. You will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our vision of 'enriching lives and creating a better world through technology, learning, and discovery', by working with the Vice-Chancellor in the design, development and successful delivery of his Leadership programme. Key deliverables include overseeing communications, event management, connection of students with academic and support services, and program evaluation.

Key focus areas of the roles include:

  • design, development and successful delivery of the Vice-Chancellor's Leadership programme.
  • developing initiatives to build an inclusive and energetic campus culture for staff and students and advocate for the needs of staff and students on the South Campus.
  • deliver engagement initiatives that will benefit both the campus and the community, contributing to the growth and impact of the South Campus and the institution.
