Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity

We have an exciting opportunitiy for someone with excellent analytical, problem-solving and customer service skills to join us as a Timetabling and Enrolment Adviser.  You will join a team of advisers focused on providing expertise across our timetabling and enrolment functions to ensure students have a seamless enrolment experience. 

The role is varied and involves the gathering of requirements, consultation with stakeholders, scheduling activities, analysis and interpretation of information, problem-solving and working to improve the enrolment process.  Successful applicants will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be committed to providing excellent service, and not be afraid to learn new systems.

While some experience in tertiary education or timetabling/scheduling would be useful, it isn’t essential.

The salary range for this role is $68,600 - $73,400 per annum depending on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time, 37.5 hours per week, permanent role.

You will have:

  • 3 – 4 years’ experience delivering high quality customer service.
  • Experience in working with and understanding the needs of a diverse range of clients.
  • Experience with contributing to process improvement and looking for continuous improvement opportunities.
  • The ability to navigate and negotiate online systems.
  • The ability to build and grow relationships.
  • Proven problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Kia Whakamana i te Tangata – the ability to acknowledge, maintain and restore the mana and tapu of individuals, whānau and communities.
