Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity

We have an opportunity for a Timetable and Enrolment Coordinator to join our Timetable and Enrolment team to help us deliver an exceptional enrolment experience to our students. You will join a team of Coordinators and Advisers focused on providing support across our timetabling and enrolment functions.      

The role is varied and could involve working on timetable data collection, course and class set-up, room bookings, enrolment compliance and enrolment processing. Coordinators will have specific areas of focus but will also need to work together to complete the tasks required and proactively resolve timetabling and enrolment issues.  

The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week on a fixed term contract until 31st August 2025. The salary range is $58,300 - $62,946 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Ideally, you will have previous experience in an administrative role working to tight deadlines and have excellent interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving skills. Previous timetable experience is not a requirement for the role.    

Our ideal Timetable and Enrolment Coordinator will have the following:  

  • A bachelor’s degree or other relevant tertiary qualification.  
  • Experience with a student management or equivalent system.    
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving skills.  
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.   
  • A willingness to work as part of a team.  
  • The ability to cope with a busy and dynamic workload.  
  • A commitment to continuous improvement.  
  • An understanding of and commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi in relation to their role.
