Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity

The Executive and Professional Development team is currently seeking a Programme Coordinator to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent role with the main purpose to support the delivery of the Business School’s Executive and Professional Development programmes.

Some other key responsibilities include:

  • This role will primarily manage the logistics of our programmes and courses to ensure all internal and external customers receive a first-rate experience across the Executive and Professional Development portfolio
  • The role has a strong programme delivery and operations focus, assisting with programme scheduling, logistics, course setup, welcoming of participants at the registration desk, preparation of course materials and collateral in both digital and hard copy format
  • Other administrative activities include travel bookings, invoicing and finance-related tasks

This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week), permanent opportunity. The salary range for this role is $50,700 - $63,900 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
