Āu Mahi | What You Will Do
As the Enrichment Programme Administrator, you will play a fundamental role in supporting the daily functions of our scholarship programmes delivered through the Kia Angitu | Student Success Programme. You will support the suite of student enrichment programmes by handling administration and logistical tasks, including on-site assistance of the range of events and workshops that are delivered.

You will be responsible for maintaining records, assisting with the production of reports, coordinating effective communications, and handling financial records and payments. You may also be involved in editing documents, planning and supporting meetings, and developing and preparing evaluation materials and reports.

As an experienced Administrator with a broad range of skills you will enjoy the variety and challenge of this role as you liaise with a range of UC Staff in a vibrant and progressive environment.

You will be able to demonstrate:

  • An understanding of the tertiary education environment and the challenges facing tertiary students
  • Strong administrative and event coordination experience
  • Experience developing and extracting reports
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines with a high level of autonomy
  • Financial Administration experience (desired)
  • An alignment with our organisation's values and culture, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Mahi Ngātahi | Who You Will Work With
You will work closely with the Team Leader and the wider programme team to ensure the successful and impactful delivery of the enrichment programmes. You will also collaborate with the Finance Shared Services team for financial tasks and coordinate with various stakeholders to support the effective management of events and communications. Your role will require regular interaction with the Student Success Programme Board and participation in the broader UC whānau, contributing to a supportive and inclusive environment.

The mahi undertaken in Kia Angitu, UC's student success programme, is designed to achieve one of UC's key strategic objectives - to develop and provide a positive environment to support student success through a range of pedagogical, digital, and organisational approaches.
