An exciting opportunity for a Student Advisor has become available in the Student Hub, Student Services & Administration division.

We are looking for an individual who can deliver comprehensive support using a case management approach.  Our Student Advisors cover a broad range of student services, from assistance with student administration matters through to wellbeing support; enabling students to achieve their academic and personal goals.  The Student Hub's services are delivered across multiple channels; phones, email, in-person and online.

To be successful in this role you will be dynamic and innovative, agile and solution-focused with proven success in a similar position.  The successful candidate will have:

  • a current annual practising certificate in social work, occupational therapy or similar
  • experience in tertiary education, community support or customer service
  • a passion for supporting student success
  • an ability to deliver high-quality, professional service with a culture of customer care
  • an understanding of advisory support delivered via a case management model
  • extensive experience with technology and relationship management software

You will be professional and calm and have demonstrated a willingness to go the extra mile.  An ability to juggle and complete multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy environment while remaining calm under pressure is a must and if alongside all of this are a great team player, we want to hear from you.

This role is considered a children's worker role and will be subject to safety checking as part of the Children's Act 2014.

This is a full-time role*.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $96,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
