An exciting opportunity has become available for a savvy Student Feedback & Conduct Advisor to join our team supporting students throughout their academic journey.  If you are an insightful and collaborative professional who is passionate about the well-being and success of young people, we want to talk to you!

This role manages the feedback channels and response process for students and other stakeholders.  It supports continuous improvement of the student experience and administration for the Support to Study Code, with attendance at case reviews and panel meetings, ensuring students have a positive and academically successful experience at AUT. 

To be successful in this role you'll bring;

  • A relevant qualification and substantial experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrable experience working with and applying policy, statutes, and principles of law
  • Experience in a tertiary learning environment working successfully with students, and a sound understanding of the challenges students face throughout their tertiary education

Your familiarity with relevant legislation, your energy, passion, and commitment to the outstanding experience and wellbeing of our students, will all contribute to your success in this challenging and rewarding work.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $96,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
