應徵者須具備中五或以上程度；能操流利廣東話，簡單英語及普通話。應徵者須有良好溝通技巧及團隊精神、勤奮盡責、做事積極主動；具客房服務及公共地方清潔經驗者將獲優先考慮。

受聘者須負責督導初級員工；協助清潔、用品紀錄、簡單維修、外勤工作、活動後勤支援、處理雜務、於宿舍接待處當值及執行上級指派的其他工作。受聘者須留宿及處理突發事件；每週工作不少於三十九小時，假日及惡劣天氣期間或須工作。

入職薪酬將按受聘者之學歷及相關工作經驗釐定。僱員福利包括有薪假期及醫療福利。

Senior Hall Attendant (Several posts) in Jockey Club Student Village IV (Ref.: 526511), in Wong Chuk Hang (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal, subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should have completed Form 5 or equivalent. They should be fluent in Cantonese, able to communicate in English and Putonghua, with good interpersonal and communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation. Experience in hotel/hostel housekeeping and public area cleaning is preferred.

The appointees will be responsible for supervising junior staff, performing housekeeping, retrieving and checking of inventory, general repair and maintenance work, occasional off-site duties, logistics support for events, counter service when necessary and perform any other duties as assigned. They will be required to live in a staff quarter and handle emergencies; work not less than 39 hours per week, and may be required to work during adverse weather and on Sundays and public holidays.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
