Technical Officer/Senior Technical Assistant in LKS Cryo-EM Laboratory of the Centre for PanorOmic Sciences (CPOS) (Ref.: 526598) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

The Role
- Support daily lab operations
- Provide technical assistance

- Assist in events and seminars
Qualifications and Qualities
- Bachelor’s degree or above with 2+ years of full-time work experience
- Major in Biology, Biotechnology, Physics or other related disciplines in science or engineering
- Prior experience in TEM, SEM, or Cryo-Electron Microscopy (Cryo-EM) or core laboratory is an advantage
- Self-motivated, responsible, willing to learn and enjoy team work
- Good written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Competency in using MS Office
- Fresh graduates or those with less experience may be considered for the position of Senior Technical Assistant
