Post-doctoral Fellow

Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in the Department of Chemistry (Ref.: 526625), to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.

Applicants should possess a PhD degree in Chemistry with a strong background and experience in organic chemistry, especially in the field of transition metal catalysis. They should have a good publication track record and experience in conducting scientific research projects. They should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, the ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with others. The appointee is expected to work on an interdisciplinary project involving supramolecular chemistry and transition-metal catalysis.
