Job Description:

Executive Officer in the LKS Faculty of Medicine (Ref.: 526524) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a good Bachelor’s degree, with at least 3 years’ solid administrative work experience. A good understanding of the education sector is preferred. Applicants should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills; as well as an appropriate level of IT skills. They are also expected to have experience in managing a small team, the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently to meet strict deadlines with minimal supervision, and a good sense of tact in dealing with sensitive and confidential issues, including discreet handling of personal and confidential files.

The appointee will perform a wide range of duties including managing different processes, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders for resources acquisition, and IT procurement. Other duties include execution of strategic projects, team administration, and preparation of reports and presentation. The appointee shall directly report to the Faculty Information Officer.
